Job summary

NMDP is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support accurate, timely, and compliant biweekly multi-state payroll processing. You will review payroll data, answer questions, resolve discrepancies, and assist with reporting, year-end activities, and system testing.

Collaboration with Benefits, Finance, and HR is essential to ensure payroll requirements are met. Experience with Oracle Time and Labor and ADP Workforce Now is required, along with an Associate degree and 5+ years of payroll/tax experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years payroll and tax experience, multi-state processing.
• Experience with audits, quarter-end and year-end processes.
• CPP or FPC certification either active or inactive.

Responsibilities

• Process, audit, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review timekeeping, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and direct deposits for compliance.
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits and leadership decisions.
• Maintain payroll records and year-end activities including W-2 review.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Finance, and HR leadership on payroll changes.
• Support system testing and validation, and document processes.
• Handle multi-state payroll requirements and stay updated on laws.
