Job summary

Devoted Health in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to own core payroll functions. You will manage bi-weekly processing in Workday and multi-jurisdiction tax compliance in ADP SmartCompliance, collaborating with finance leaders and employees alike.

You will ensure data integrity across systems, respond to payroll inquiries, and support audits, garnishments, and year-end reporting while growing with Devoted Health.

Qualifications

• Multi-jurisdiction bi-weekly payroll processing in Workday with multi-state tax compliance.
• 3+ years of experience covering full-cycle payroll processing, tax filings and adjustments.
• Experience with ADP SmartCompliance for tax filings, amended filings, and wage garnishments.
• Strong knowledge of US federal, state and local withholding tax requirements.
• Detail-oriented with high-volume payroll experience.
• Team player with customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll end-to-end between Workday and HR submission files.
• Serve as the point of contact for all employee payroll questions.
• Ensure weekly timesheets are approved before processing.
• Verify changes in HR submission files reflect in Workday.
• Prepare payroll reports for annual financial audit.
• Administer garnishments in ADP SmartCompliance.
