Job summary

Belron is seeking a Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in a multi-state, multi-company environment. The role involves researching complex issues, supporting payroll systems, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.

You will guide stakeholders and provide training as needed. The position is remote with EST core hours, reporting to the Payroll Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years of payroll experience in a multi-state, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple states and companies.
• Research and resolve complex payroll and timekeeping issues.
• Build reports and analyze data to provide insights for payroll efficiency and compliance.
• Serve as payroll SME and provide guidance to business partners and staff.
• Support system implementations and participate in end-to-end payroll projects.
