Safelite Group is seeking a Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple states and entities. You will research complex issues, perform timekeeping tasks, build insightful reports, and support system implementations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role partners with various departments, vendors, and business areas to streamline processes, develop SOPs, and train team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1-3 years of payroll experience in a multi-state, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple states and companies.
• Research and resolve complex payroll issues and manage timekeeping tasks.
• Build reports and analyze data to improve payroll efficiency.
• Lead payroll-related projects end-to-end and support system implementations.
• Provide payroll expertise and training to stakeholders on processes and controls.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
