Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Accountant, Payroll to handle bi-weekly payroll processing and related tax reporting using Ceridian Dayforce. The role supports Accounts Payable and maintains confidential payroll data for multi-state employees.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of garnishments and 401k processes. This remote role covers Ohio and other states, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field.
• 2-3 years payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll.
• Strong payroll tax knowledge and reporting.
• Familiarity with garnishments and levies.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll via Ceridian Dayforce.
• Ensure hours submission and approvals.
• Update 401k deferrals and loans.
• Prepare year-end W-2 and 401K census.
• Maintain payroll procedures and audits.
