Job summary

Xplor Technologies in the United States is seeking ambitious sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income and the freedom to manage your time and income.

You will visit local businesses, educate owners about processing solutions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals while receiving training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
