Job summary

Xplor Technologies powers payments and software solutions, and the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team seeks motivated, self-driven sales professionals. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want control of their time and earnings.

You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses, educate owners on cost savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses along with monthly commissions and long-term residuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
