• Knowledge of merchant services industry and payment products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
• Ability to craft tailored payment solutions for clients.
• Balance client needs with associated risks and firm interests.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new business opportunities from inbound generated lead sources, partner referrals, branch referrals and marketing programs
• Identify and self-source client opportunities through referrals and COIs to pursue new business
• Executing a short sales cycle with a high velocity of leads
• Communicate with key decision-makers to evaluate needs and propose solutions from our payment solution portfolio
• Regularly conducts calls with prospects, COIs, and existing Chase clients through the remote, Hub-based model
• Complete analysis to price Chase products for profitability; maintain sales records and reports
• Negotiate leveraging customized pricing models with clients to close business
• Work with internal partners to ensure successful implementation and product ramp-up
• Follow risk management protocols and comply with AML/KYC regulations
