The role involves reviewing customer accounts, validating documentation, monitoring payment activity, and ensuring withdrawals are processed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in online gaming, sports betting, or payments preferred.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Knowledge of payment methods, fraud monitoring, and financial transaction monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate customer identities and payment methods.
• Analyze transaction history to identify fraud or suspicious activity.
• Investigate fraud alerts and prepare case documentation.
• Review, approve, or escalate withdrawals per policy and risk controls.
• Monitor payment operations and report incidents to the Payments Manager.
• Create and maintain investigative and incident reports.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated payment inquiries.
• Collaborate with support, compliance, KYC, and payment partners to resolve issues.
