Job summary

RW Bet NJ LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Payments Analyst to support banking operations, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance within New Jersey’s gaming framework. The role involves processing withdrawals and refunds, daily reconciliations, and collaboration with Finance, Client Relations, Compliance, and IT to improve payment flows.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in payments/fraud/AML, 1+ year in iGaming, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to qualify for and maintain NJDGE licenses and approvals, reside and perform work in New Jersey.
• 2+ years of experience in payments, fraud, AML, or related analytical role.
• 1+ years in iGaming work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficient English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and assessment of key banking and approval processes including withdrawals and refunds.
• Collaborate with Finance to complete daily reconciliations and assist with payment requirements.
• Assist Client Relations with inquiries related to payments and facilitate customer contact.
• Coordinate with Compliance on FINCEN/AML reporting and SAR/CTR filings.
• Monitor internal reports (payment gateway stats, chargeback rates, fraud trends).
• Analyze transaction data to identify risks and automation opportunities.
• Review activity to minimize fraud and ensure NJDGE regulatory compliance.
• Configure and tune automated fraud rules and payment checks to improve approval rates.
• Investigate and resolve chargebacks including evidence gathering to win cases.
• Oversee KYC workflows with Compliance and Operations.
• Assess risk profiling with Compliance, Operations and Marketing.
• Close and notify customer accounts when appropriate.
