• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Industry knowledge of online sports betting, casino gaming, or digital payments.
• Attention to detail when handling player cases and payment reviews.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and eager to improve processes.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
