Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking an Analyst with ecommerce payments experience to join the Payments & Fraud team. You will protect customers and the business by providing accurate, realistic expectations for potential fraud in iGaming, reviewing documents, and verifying account ownership.

The role requires investigating transactions, validating alerts from fraud tools, and generating detailed summaries. You will help build controls and incident reports while adapting to fast-paced sports and gaming

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, payments, fraud, disputes, or iGaming industries.
• Knowledge of Location Compliance and Financial Crime.
• Strong investigative and data-review skills.
• Understanding of gaming regulations and sports betting.

Responsibilities

• Validate and verify customer documentation and account ownership.
• Review customers’ financial transaction history and statements.
• Validate fraud alerts and investigate fraud scenarios.
• Create and manage internal controls and incident reports.
