Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and activation bonuses, designed for those who want control over time and earnings.

You’ll door-knock or visit local businesses, educate owners on payment processing savings, and close deals with ongoing commissions. Work fully remotely in the United States, with in-field regional requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mindset.
• Must align with company values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
