Xplor Technologies is seeking go-getters for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to own a portfolio.

You’ll visit local businesses, educate owners on saving money, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions. The role supports independent work with comprehensive training, including weekly activation bonuses and a path to long-term earnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
