Xplor is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payments industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want control of their time and income.

Location: You can work fully remote in this position with eligible working rights, and be in the field of your team region. Expect activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals as you grow your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
