Job summary

Xplor is seeking a motivated sales professional for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income and a portfolio ownership component, offering flexibility and control over your time and earnings.

You will educate business owners on payment processing savings, close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions, and work independently with comprehensive training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
