Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is a fully remote, commission-based role within Xplor Technologies. You will defeat obstacles as you engage local businesses, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and long-term residuals.

We offer uncapped commissions, monthly residuals, flexible schedules, comprehensive sales training, and a Presidents Club incentive trip. W2 status with health benefits and 401K are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
