Xplor Technologies powers the experiences at the heart of everyday life. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, offering flexible, remote work across the U.S. market as part of the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team.

We provide training, mentorship, weekly activation bonuses, and monthly residuals on active accounts; top reps earn $100K+ annually, with benefits like health and 401K in a commission-only model.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with our core values and be a good human.

Responsabilidades

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on savings and streamlined transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
