ACU-Serve is seeking a responsive Customer Service Associate to support PAP therapy patients from a remote home office in the United States. The role requires staying on the phone throughout the shift, handling inbound and outbound calls, educating patients, and resolving issues with pride in service.

Working Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST, you will use CallShaper, SNAP, and Brightree to access patient data, create orders, and ensure accurate demographics while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Able to multi-task across software platforms.

Responsibilities
