Job summary

Acu-Serve is seeking a Remote Heavy Phone Specialist to handle patient calls and deliver outstanding service during a full-time EST shift. You will educate on PAP therapy, assist with supplies, and drive timely resolutions.

The role requires at least two years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms (CallShaper, SNAP, Brightree). A dedicated home office and high-speed internet are required.

Position Summary:

HEAVY PHONE POSITION

This is a Remote role. Must be available to remain on the phone for the entirety of the shift, handling calls and assisting customers throughout.

Ensure patients receive outstanding service, education, and resolution regarding PAP therapy through promoting supplies necessary to gain/maintain optimal clinical outcomes.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment, utilizing telephone dialing system.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Utilize listening skills to ensure patients' needs and concerns regarding their equipment or services are addressed.
• Assure that all requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Educate patients on the importance of changing out supplies clinically.
• Suggested and insurance approved schedules.
• Create sales orders and confirm accuracy of items and patient demographics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
