Job summary

SuperCare Health is seeking a Respiratory Support Specialist – Sleep & PAP Services to support patients receiving PAP therapy. You will coordinate equipment setup, educate patients on usage, and manage documentation and billing with healthcare partners.

Role requires at least 1 year of healthcare admin or customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and a remote-work perk may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, healthcare admin, claims, billing, or related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with healthcare billing, insurance guidelines, and PAP therapy a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PAP equipment setup appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
• Educate patients on PAP equipment usage, cleaning, maintenance, and expectations.
• Explain patient financial responsibility, insurance coverage, copayments and options.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries and follow‑ups.
• Monitor patient adherence and communicate to encourage therapy outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, branch teams, intake staff and sales to obtain needed docs.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and audit-ready records.
