Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PAP equipment set-up appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
• Educate patients on PAP equipment usage, cleaning, maintenance, and therapy expectations.
• Explain financial responsibilities, insurance coverage, copayments, and payment options.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries and follow-ups.
• Monitor PAP patient compliance and encourage adherence to therapy.
