Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• 3–5 years of Case Management or equivalent experience (e.g., healthcare support, insurance reimbursement, patient advocacy).
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills; data entry/computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding and long-term adherence support to patients and caregivers.
• Share disease state materials and resources; assist with vaccination coordination.
• Communicate BI results and eligibility for financial assistance; refer to external programs as needed.
• Coordinate with HCPs and cross-functional partners to resolve access barriers and ensure reimbursement.
• Maintain CRM documentation and report adverse events per PV processes.
