Job summary

Agios Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic Patient Support Manager to join our growing Market Access team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional reimbursement and adherence support, connecting patients and caregivers with resources, and building trusted relationships throughout the treatment journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in patient service or market access in healthcare/pharma.
• Experience with private payer, Medicare Part D and Medicaid reimbursement structures.
• Experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Support patients with reimbursement and adherence, building relationships.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with field and home‑office teams.
• Provide resources and connect patients to programs and services.
• Serve as the face of Agios at patient events and ambassador programs.
• Leverage CRM reports to inform strategy and patient needs.
