Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a remote Case Manager to deliver high-touch patient services in the Rare Disease journey.

You will onboard patients, coordinate treatment support, and maintain ongoing education and access assistance, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure adherence and timely issue resolution. The role requires strong communication, regulatory awareness, and the ability to manage multiple programs remotely, with occasional travel and vendor

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher; counseling, social work, nursing, advocacy, or science background considered favorable.
• 3–5 years of case management experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Working knowledge of insurance coverage and reimbursement processes.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory components and compliant practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; proficient data entry and computer literacy.

Responsabilités

• Provide initial and ongoing patient interactions to address questions and integrate therapy into daily life.
• Serve as primary point of contact for case management and onboarding activities.
• Place welcome calls and introduce the program; coordinate with SP vendor.
• Share disease, product, and program education materials with patients.
• Connect patients to ALXN patient community and advocacy groups when appropriate.
• Communicate BI results to patients and coordinate training support for injections.
