Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree minimum; counseling, social work, nursing, advocacy, or science background is a plus.
• 3–5 years in Case Management or equivalent education/experience (case management, nursing, social service support, insurance reimbursement, patient advocacy, etc.).
• Working knowledge of insurance coverage and reimbursement processes.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory components of pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing patient interactions to address questions and integrate therapy into daily life.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for case management and onboarding activities for the patient.
• Place Welcome Calls after case creation in CRM and coordinate with SP vendor for program onboarding and support.
• Share disease, product and program education materials with patients.
• Coordinate injection training support and follow-up service for first/second injections.
• Conduct adherence program touchpoints and document interactions for status visibility.
• Report adverse events promptly in PV Event Reporting Tool.
