Job summary

Doccla is seeking a Patient Support Agent to assist patients and clinicians, educating on Doccla services and medical devices. The role is remote, with full-time availability and rotation evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Strong communication skills and CRM experience are essential, along with a positive, collaborative attitude.

The position offers a hybrid work setup, with remote options and a competitive compensation package including stock options. DBS checks may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare experience preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience using a CRM/ticketing system.
• Humble, positive and committed attitude.
• Collaborative and reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and help resolve queries, educate patients and clinicians on using Doccla services and medical devices.
• Clearly communicate with clinicians and patients via phone calls and emails.
• Adhere to SOPs and policies relating to patient safety and information governance.
• Securely and sensitively handle confidential patient data within a highly regulated environment.
• Mentor and coach new joiners to the team.
• Share successes, challenges and ideas to ensure patients remain the focal point of the business.
