Job summary

Podimetrics is seeking a Patient Support Representative for remote, per diem PST hours. You will be the first contact for patients and caregivers, delivering a compassionate, patient-centered experience and coordinating support logistics. Prior call center and patient engagement experience are required.

You will manage multiple channels, triage inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality patient support and engagement in our monitoring programs.

Qualifications

• Requires call center background and patient/customer engagement experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels (phone, SMS, email).
• Triage and resolve non-clinical inquiries; escalate when needed.
• Provide logistical and administrative support; troubleshoot basic issues.
• Complete documentation accurately within timelines to maintain service levels.
