Job summary

Podimetrics is seeking a Patient Support Representative for Per Diem PST hours to deliver compassionate, patient-centered service via blended call center channels. This remote role focuses on inbound/outbound calls, non-clinical inquiries, and proactive outreach to keep patients engaged in monitoring programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Call center background and remote work exposure preferred.
• Experience in patient or customer engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a patient-centered experience with empathy and excellence.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, triage non-clinical inquiries, and coordinate support.
• Provide logistical, technical, and administrative support including troubleshooting and coordinating services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet service-level standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care and handoffs.
• Meet QA standards and participate in audits and improvement initiatives.
