Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Support Coordinator for a patient support program. You will be the main contact for inbound inquiries, reimbursement support, program enrollment, and care coordination, assisting patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

The role begins with onsite training and transitions to remote work. The position is a 4-month contract based in Morrisville, NC, with an 8:00 AM–5:00 PM training schedule and a $24–$26 per hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Contact Center/Call Center experience is preferred.
• Healthcare, Insurance, Benefits, or Reimbursement experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Experience with CRM systems and multitasking across multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers through a patient support program.
• Serve as a key point of contact for inbound inquiries and enrollment assistance.
• Provide reimbursement support and coordination of care as part of the program.
• Coordinate across multiple systems to manage requests and case progression.
