TEKsystems is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join a growing remote support team. This full-time, 12+ month contract role supports a large national healthcare organization, assisting providers and stakeholders through a high-volume call center environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare call center experience.
• Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.
• Experience navigating multiple systems and screens while actively speaking with customers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to research and resolve complex issues independently.
• Strong computer proficiency and technical aptitude.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outbound customer service calls.
• Identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions.
• Research and resolve complex inquiries utilizing multiple databases and internal systems.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case activity.
• Assist callers with portal navigation and self-service tools.
• Escalate issues appropriately when additional support is needed.
