Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking Care Coordinators for a remote, contracted role supporting a pharmaceutical patient support program. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position offers remote work with onsite training in North Carolina and a contract through November 2026.

Pay ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to assist patients navigating insurance and affordability programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in HUB services, patient services, healthcare call centers, reimbursement, insurance processing, or medical billing.
• Strong knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Experience communicating with patients, physician offices, and specialty pharmacies.
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients, providers, specialty pharmacies, and payers.
• Coordinate patient benefits, product orders, and appointment scheduling.
• Assist with prior authorizations, appeals, benefit verification, and reimbursement support.
• Advocate for patients by helping them navigate affordability programs and access to therapy.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service.
