Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking Remote Interim Support Coordinators to support a pharmaceutical patient assistance program. The role focuses on inbound patient support, enrollment, and reimbursement coordination from a fully remote setting after training.

Ideal candidates have healthcare customer service or insurance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering exceptional service. Training occurs onsite in North Carolina before remote work.

Qualifications

• Healthcare customer service experience with focus on patient support or insurance/reimbursement processes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and reimbursement processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
• Assist with program enrollment, reimbursement processes, and affordability support.
• Coordinate resources and services to help patients access prescribed therapies.
• Support Care Coordinators and Reimbursement Specialists with patient case management activities.
• Build relationships with patients and provider offices while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with program requirements.
