Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Fast typing (45+ WPM) and multitasking.
• Reliable high-speed internet at home.
• Private, dedicated home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of calls daily.
• Present offers to patients.
• Overcome objections to schedule appointments.
• Schedule a high volume of appointments.
• Use product knowledge to explain solutions.
• Use company databases to track progress.
• Address patient concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with practice teams on patient solutions.
• Uphold privacy and comply with policies and laws.
• Update missing or outdated information.
• Meet and aim to exceed KPI targets.
• Work all scheduled days and be punctual.
• Participate in contests/incentives.
• Take on other projects or responsibilities.
