Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience providing superior customer service.
• Experience with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong computer skills: 45+ WPM and multitasking across software.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Receives a high volume of calls to answer daily.
• Present offers to patients and overcome objections to scheduling.
• Schedule a high volume of appointments.
• Use product knowledge to showcase solutions.
• Use company databases and software to track progress.
• Protect sensitive information according to policies and laws.
• Meet and exceed department KPIs.
• Report to work on scheduled hours and participate in incentives.
