McKesson is seeking a Hub Patient Services Specialist on a 12-month contract to provide administrative and operational support for patient enrollment, reimbursement processes, and customer service. This fully remote role focuses on ensuring timely service for patients, providers, and partners.

The position is entry-level with responsibilities including data entry, maintaining records, and coordinating communications across healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and insurers.

Formación

• Post-secondary education (college diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Entry-level role; 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or call center environments is typical.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry and administrative tasks accurately.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data/document systems).
• Strong communication skills for handling routine inquiries.

Responsabilidades

• Support patient enrollment and onboarding processes in alignment with program requirements.
• Respond to inbound and outbound patient and provider inquiries using approved scripts and materials.
• Assist in coordinating communication between patients, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, insurers, and internal teams.
• Perform data entry and documentation processing (e.g., enrollment forms, reimbursement documents, lab or infusion records).
• Support reimbursement activities, including document collection and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity across systems.
• Identify and upscale non-routine issues following established processes.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory (GxP), and program standards.
• Contribute to team service levels by completing tasks accurately and on time.
