Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a Patient Services Representative for a 3‑month remote assignment. You’ll support patients, providers, and caregivers by handling enrollment activities and program inquiries, coordinating access to therapies, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include triage for copays and Medicaid, order processing, and reporting trends to management. Strong communication, math, and pharmacy knowledge are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a two-year degree or equivalent can substitute for experience.
• Three years (3) + years directly related and progressively responsible experience required.
• Must be able to work in a queue-based environment with defined SOPs and provide accurate, timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone inquiries and general program questions.
• Determine eligibility for support programs (Copay, PAP, Medicaid, etc.).
• Coordinate pharmacy triage and order processing for wholesale orders.
• Collect and verify information via phone, fax, mail or online.
• Escalate complaints and report trends to program management.
• Ensure all communications meet quality standards and documentation is complete.
