Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 4 years revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum 2 years revenue cycle and/or 2 years contact center experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and procedures.
• Handle high call volumes across multiple locations.
• Input patient data accurately into systems.
• Explain benefits and validate patient insurance.
• Mentor new hires as needed.
• Maintain alignment with Intermountain Health values.
