Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and other department activities.
• Handle high call volumes across multiple locations and departments.
• Transcribe external orders from physicians accurately.
• Input and validate patient data with attention to detail.
• Explain patient insurance benefits as needed.
• Mentor new hires as assigned.
