Responsibilities

• Interact with patients to schedule and register multiple services, ensuring accuracy.
• Triages calls for the Patient Access Center and directs to appropriate areas.
• Collect insurance information to support financial clearance and scheduling.
• Schedule appointments and complete patient registration with HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service throughout interactions.
