Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a remote Scheduling/Pre-Registration Associate to support peak workflows across multiple locations. This PRN, part-time role handles high-volume patient scheduling, pre-registration, data entry, and benefit verification from a home setup.

The role requires strong computer skills, patient communication, and the ability to manage multiple systems and calls with accuracy. Experience in revenue cycle or contact centers is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent OR (4) years of revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum of (2) years of revenue cycle experience and/or (2) years of contact center experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and procedures.
• Handle high call volumes for multiple locations and departments.
• Transcribe external orders and validate patient data.
• Explain benefits and verify insurance during scheduling.
