Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 4 years revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum 2 years revenue cycle experience and/or 2 years of contact center experience.
• Proficient in scheduling, data entry and patient information verification.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments, outpatient visits, procedures, and other department bookings.
• Transcribe external orders from physicians.
• Handle high call volumes for multiple locations and departments.
• Input and validate patient data in the system.
• Validate patient insurance and explain benefits as needed.
• Manage multiple phone calls, including transfers and conference calls.
• Mentor new hires as needed.
• Support Intermountain Health mission and service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
