Job summary

You will input data electronically, coordinate with insurance for pre-certifications, and provide excellent customer service to resolve patient concerns. Mentorship of new hires and leading the local Entri team will be part of the role, with a focus on clear communication and reliable collaboration across the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patient families over the phone using scripts to ensure patient records are current.
• Accurate entry of information electronically.
• Initiates contact with insurance companies to obtain benefits and pre-certification/authorization requirements.
• Provides excellent customer service to patients while addressing issues and proposing solutions.
• Mentorship of new hires and leadership of the local Entri team.
