Talentify is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative in the United States to handle patient calls, collect payments on medical bills, and negotiate payment arrangements in a fast-paced call center.

The role requires comfort with technology and the ability to learn our systems quickly; prior medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience strongly preferred. You will work with team leads and clients to resolve issues and ensure patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient service in the name of our client.
• Contact patients by phone to collect payments on medical bills.
• Communicate information clearly and professionally to patients.
• Review accounts and document interactions and feedback.
• Negotiate payments and set up payment arrangements.
• Process payments via check, ACH, or credit card.
• Follow all policies and procedures and meet targets.
• Collaborate with team leads and clients to resolve disputes.
