Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead daily hospital revenue cycle operations. You will mentor teams, monitor performance metrics, and drive improvements in cash collections, AR, and patient experience across HB and PB processes.

The role requires 4+ years in hospital PFS or revenue cycle, with 1–2+ years of supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of HB/PB workflows and Epic Resolute HB/PB is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle experience.
• 1-2+ years of demonstrated team lead or supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Professional Billing (PB) and payer processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily PFS operations for billing, insurance follow‑up, denials, self‑pay, cash posting, and account resolution.
• Monitor staffing, workloads, and service levels; rebalance resources to maintain performance.
• Oversee insurance follow‑up across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers and manage payer timelines.
• Drive improvements in cash collections, AR aging, and patient financial experience.
