You will support patient access across Providence’s network, schedule appointments, and assist with physician navigation, while providing tier 1 technical support for patient health applications.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years of experience engaging customers virtually over the phone.
• 1 year of technical support experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, coordinated access and support within a health network.
• Assist with 'find a physician' navigation, scheduling appointments and classes.
• Serve as an entry point and information resource for patients into the health system.
