Job summary

Responsibilities include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, documentation in EMR/CRM, outreach, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant workflows.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; 1+ years in customer service/healthcare
• 3 years experience preferred
• EPIC schedgistration training/tests required

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, chats, and other inquiries while meeting service levels
• Schedule patient appointments and prepare visit instructions
• Complete patient registration and verify demographics/insurance
• Document needs and routing in EMR/CRM
• Support marketing/outreach and patient access to Penn Medicine programs
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure workstation
• Build patient relationships with a compassionate approach
• Perform duties per Penn Medicine policies
