Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 1+ year in customer service, clerical, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR/CRM systems preferred; EPIC schedgistration training/tests required.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and digital inquiries while meeting service level goals.
• Schedule patient visits and prepare for appointments with directions and documents.
• Register patients and verify demographics/insurance; manage authorizations for claims.
• Document patient needs and routing in EMR/CRM; route to appropriate team.
• Support marketing/outreach and assist patients with Penn Medicine programs.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance; adapt to evolving workflows and tech.
• Enhance patient experience and build patient relationships.
• Perform other duties to support the unit and health system.
