Job summary

1nHealth Inc. is seeking a Patient Coordinator Support Lead to guide and coach our contractor PC team while remaining an active pre-screening contributor.

You’ll ensure quality standards, regulatory compliance, and KPI achievement, while delivering patient-friendly experiences in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. You will mentor, review performance, process timesheets, and help drive continuous improvements across Enrollment Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a call center environment with 1 year in patient-facing screening.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback professionally.
• Proficiency with RingCentral, Slack, and MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to obtain GCP certification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coach, and manage performance of contractor PC team.
• Review QA calls and KPI dashboard to drive improvements.
• Approve timesheets weekly and assist with monthly invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and trial requirements.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders on patient referrals and outcomes.
• Support training and development initiatives within Enrollment Operations.
