Job summary

Private Health Management, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to guide clients through complex healthcare journeys, coordinating care and facilitating communications with clinicians and researchers.

You will initiate client engagements, ensure smooth scheduling and billing support, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced, remote environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional care coordination experience in a complex environment; cancer experience highly desired.
• Concierge level customer service with exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Highest standards of ethics and personal integrity with discretion when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support and assess clients’ care needs through direct communication.
• Collaborate with clinicians and researchers as part of the client’s care team.
• Kick off client engagements from welcome email to registration completion.
• Facilitate scheduling and billing support with physician offices and coordinating services (including concierge nursing and molecular profiling companies).
• Take ownership of all details related to client meetings, with thorough follow-up and action items.
• Partner with researchers to assess clinical trial eligibility and enrollment processes.
